Delete your Neverlose account

Neverlose is a personal finance app by Malkin Dev. The developer of the app on Google Play is:

Individual Entrepreneur Vasilii Khaninev, Identification number 302246013, Chitaya St. 38, apt. 1, Chugureti district, Tbilisi, Georgia.

In the app

  1. Open Settings and tap your account at the top.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Read the list of data, wait 5 seconds and confirm.

The server deletes your account at once. Then the app deletes your data from this device.

Without the app

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Neverlose account". If you used Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, tell us the date when you signed up. We delete the account within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What we delete

  • your account: email, name, profile picture link and the link to your Google or Apple account;
  • your profile: base currency and language;
  • all your financial records and the history of their changes;
  • your sign-in sessions on all devices;
  • the diagnostics that your app sent.

For Apple accounts, we also tell Apple to stop the sign-in for the app.

What stays for a short time

  • database backups: up to 30 days, then the server deletes them automatically;
  • server system logs, which can contain IP addresses: up to 30 days.

We do not keep other data after the deletion. More details are in the privacy policy.
